Cornell University Program on Employment and Disability, with
funding from the U.S. Department of Education National Institute on
Disability and Rehabilitation Research. This site includes workpalce
tools and tips for accommodating people with hearing and vision
impairments, case studies of accommodation, as well aas an extensive
list of related resources.

Wisconsin Partnership

The
Partnership was created to provide a means for businesses,
government entities, and people with disabilities to work together
to understand and implement the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA). Our members are from all areas of Wisconsin, and we strive to
provide services statewide. The Partnership is funded by a grant
through the Great Lakes ADA and IT Center, which is one of the 10
regional centers that provide technical assistance and training
regarding the ADA.

in 1993, Disability Rights Advocates is a national and international
non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the
civil rights of people with disabilities. Operated by and
established for people with disabilities, DRA pursues its mission
through research, education, and legal advocacy. DRA's mission is to
ensure dignity, equality, and opportunity for people with all types
of disabilities throughout the United States and worldwide.

Great
Lakes ADA & IT Center is one of 10 regional centers funded by
the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR),
a division of the U.S. Department of Education.
Its purpose is to provide technical assistance and training
to businesses and people with disabilities regarding the Americans
with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
The Great Lakes Center is a program of the Department of
Disability and Human Development at the University of Illinois at
Chicago.

Job Accommodation Network is a service of the Office of Disability
Employment Policy (ODEP) of the U.S. Department of Labor. JAN's
mission is to facilitate the employment and retention of workers
with disabilities by providing employers, employment providers,
people with disabilities, their family members and other interested
parties with information on job accommodations, self-employment and
small business opportunities and related subjects.
