Schwarz Financial Concepts, formerly Income Tax Service for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, started preparing individual income tax returns at the homes of its clients in 1971. We started to provide life and health insurances in 1975. With the changing tax laws and the increasing needs for financial planning, we expanded in 1983 to include financial planning services. One year later clients also requested advice on investing so the founder became a Registered Representative with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., an independent broker-dealer, Member NASD/SIPC. Then in 1985, this firm became a full-fledged financial planning advisory firm located in Silver Spring, Maryland.
